Plenty of evos out there for 20k. Youll find a nicer car by spending an extra 1k. 21k there are a lot of options.I almost spent 19-20k on a few 03s then just said screw it and dished out 22.5k for a bone stock 05 with 37k and warranty till 60k. I found my car on ebay from a honda dealership in Texas.

Really, 24k? I might be interested in that. I'm debating because the dealer wants 32k for an IX, which I think is too high. I would pay 29-30 for a new one, but not really any more, especially with the x's about to come out, and the fact that these evos have been on the lot for a while. I don't know if I should get a slightly used one though, really just depends.

Just travel to get it. Dont let location stop you from buying a clean car at a sick price.

I bought my 03 back in 5-05 with 11,991 on the clock and BONE stock and mint condition for $22k and that was 2 years ago. So $20k with ecently low miles should not be hard to do

and That was in Tampa Fl at a Nissan/Kia dealer lol on rt 19 well actually in clearwater to be exact. and obviously at under 12K miles It still had the full warrenty to 60k and paint till 36k which I took advantage of when I needed my wing and calipers replaced due to the well known issue they have from teh factory with the paint turning white and blistering

Keep looking. Learn what to look for as far as an abused Evo, mileage vs stock clutch, tire wear, etc. If you are patient you may find a great deal.
