Buying an Evo thats been in an accident

I'll be looking at an Evo soon thats been in a front end collision. The front bumper has been replaced. The owner says that it was very light damage towards the passenger front bumper and headlight, and said that it didn't affect the core support or do any damage to the fmic.

I wanted to ask what should I be looking for?

I'm waiting for a carfax, and will be looking for all the VINs on the fenders, along with checking the alignment of the car. Is there anything else in particular? The cars title is still clean, and the rest of the car looks clean.

Should I just stay away? It seems like a good deal..

Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If the deal is THAT good Id go for it. Especially if the title is clean. I bought mine with a rebuilt title for a good prices and the damage wasn't bad either just a front bumper. I've had plenty of issues with the car but not accident related.

Look for overspray and metal stress marks, sometimes they just simply pull the core-support back out and it crinkles the paint/finish.

Im weary of cars that have been in crashes but if the damage was very light go for it!
