If you use the A/C, try to set it at a comfortable temp, 72, the compressor won't turn on as often, which means less energy consumed. I don't have an EVO but out of the 6 cars my family owns, the trick works everytime.

Yea...after a while it got too cold so I put the knob near the middle. It was a fun drive down.
