more than likely the car's been pushed. wont not consider a new one. its really just about an extra 100 per month and you have warranty!

It is possible to get an evo for under 20k, before taxes and registration, but chances are, its been moded. Under 20k, you're gonna most likely limited to 2003 models only and looking at 50k miles or higher, give or take a few that do have less miles on them. Bottom line you most likley will not be able to buy an evo for under 20k that is "decent"

im perfectly fine with those conditions. as long as there is nothing major mechanically wrong with it, and looks good, its decent.

but on to my trim levels question...

Sure plenty of high mile Evo's for around 20K, you get what you pay for! I would plan on spending 23-26K for a nice one.

You need to SEARCH and learn before you ask such basic questions.
