if i put a test pipe and a cattback on,is it safe to drive without a tune?

its safe, but you'll make more power with a tune. If you're planning more mods in the near future i suggest holding off. If its going to be a while then you have nothing to lose.

unless you can tune it...dont do it man its not a big enough upgrade to worry about it. just put ur money into other parts where ullneed a flash or a tune

you for sure need to get a flash though or something so that your ecu knows whats different in the engine bay. A tune is good but too early in the game perhaps..

i wouldn't bother with tune if you plan to continue to mod but you will certainly pick up some if you do get it tuned...

I would also add a drop in filter, mbc, downpipe/02 housing. Then get a tune!

What does a tune cost and consist of? Tune options other then flash and standalone?
Does it void the warranty?

You void the warranty as soon as you remove the cat. End of story.
You void the warranty if you get it tuned.
