Hey guys,

Thinking about getting the windows tinted, but not sure how the metallic looks on the black IX. Anyone done it out there and have some pictures? I saw a GG with metallic tint and it looked great, but the TB obviously will be different. I'm unfortunately not the best with visualizing this type of thing without some sort of reference...

I'm in WA so our law is 35%, so if you could mention what amount of tint you have that might help too. I'm not terribly familiar with tint levels and what they translate to.

all i have to do is say get a black civic then you can do it

well not look right

35% means it lets 35% of light in to the car

 

here is what you do. go to an eye doctor and say you your eyes are sensitive to sunlight. if he does some tests just fake that everything hurts like a ***** (unless of course you really do have sensitive eyes) ask if you can get a written statement saying you need 5% (limo) tint. keep that with you in the car and voila! you got yourself some sick *** tint to go with your black car.
