I'm going to pick up my new to me Evo 8 tonight. I'm having one heck of a time trying to concentrate at work. Its an '03, yellow, with 55k on the clock.

I figure that you guys know what I'm going through. I just have to tell somebody how excited I am. I feel like a kid at 4am on Christmas morning, stuck waiting.

I'll be joinging the ranks of the Evo owners very shortly though.

I'm in the same boat as you, I know exactly what your going through. The only thing is, I have to wait 2 weeks. Congrats treat it well and it will treat you well.

 

I did that with my evo- I committed to the purchase but had to wait a week to go pick it up. I went insane trying to pass the time, you can only play so much solitare before you lose it

 

Well, this is not what you would call a MINT evo, so I'm not to worried about giving it a beating every now and then. I just need to keep up on the general maintinance and keep good fuel in her and she should be ok.

SSHHHH, the vette is sleeping for the winter, you don't want to wake her up......She might get mad at me for getting a new toy!

 

Well, I picked her up last night! I wasn't able to get some shots last night so these are the ones that the guy selling it sent me. There's a bit of interior clean up to be done, but over all a good car for the price I paid. I think it'll make a pretty decent daily driver.

geez, i purchased mine on a friday morning before school and had to wait until 3pm to pick mine up and i was going crazzzzzzzzzy
