hey guys...need some input...

hey guys...i'm new...but been doing alotta research on the evos...and right now i'm willing to get one...the evo is my dream care, since i drove my friends evo VIII in was breath taking...hearing the turbo spool and the bov...fell in love...hahaha......and i could've got one awhile back in Las Vegas a new IX but had job issues...and right now the job i have now is bringing in good money...right now been saving some money up...so far i have 15 grand saved up...and i'm also 19 and i live in Arizona...so i was jus wondering do you guys think that some dealerships still have any new IX's preferbely a TB 06 EVO IX SE...right now i'm not really looking jus been working and saving my money...jus wanted you guys input on that...and the new X's been growing on me alot...and i like what ams and buschur been doin wit it and the gains from the minor bolt ons...

I dont think you'll find a "new" IX. Best bet is to find a barely used IX. Unfortunately, the people who have IXs and keep the mileage low won't be ready to sell until they get even more rare and worth more money. Good luck! You'll love the IX if you get it.

you wont find any new IX's anywhere but you can do some searching and youll find a private seller and a dealership that has one with low mileage and exactly what youre looking for...id say test drive the IX and the X and see what you like the best and go from there...the X seems like its doin pretty good though with the mods so far and theres gonna be a lot more mods to come so well see how everything goes

Your not gonna find a NEW IX. You could find one close to new tho. IMHO, the X's are really ugly.

find a used IX, bone stock, it has good motor meaning the internal design is little better than VIII's 4g63, bigger turbo, higher duration intake cam, it's the best CT9A ever built.
