Yes you have 2 one in the O2 housing near the radiator it is the main sensor. Some of those companies put a wide band O2 bung in for you if it's before the cat.

I have an 02 sensor bolted on after the cat. Is there another o2 sensor on the cat? I am assuming i have to plug the o2 sensor spot on the new high flow cat I just bought?

If you have an 02 sensor after your cat than you can just get a bolt/plug for the hole in your high flow.

the stock cat doesn't have a o2 sensor in it. if the hfc have a o2 bung, it probably for a wideband o2 sensor.

You only need one sensor behind the cat. If the cat has a O2 bung just plug it and use the that's there already. The stock cat doesn't have an O2 sensor.
