Safe mods for Daily Driver
mr. evoIX is right on the FP replacement. not really needed unless the OP was gonna do a racegas tune which even still might be ok given the mod list.
IIRC the stock IX pump is around 230lph, the walbro is 255lph, & the evo VIII was around 190lph.
if the OP keeps his mods simple, he will have enjoyable USEABLE power. something alot of 500+whp cars don't have...

I'd suggest the path I took: TBE, MBC, LICP, Tune. It's very conservative, fun, DD-able, and I'm not even finished with the tune yet.
LICP didn't take too long, but I did it the hard way by keeping the front bumper attached. Stock brackets for the LICP were a pain to remove, but the difference with the new pipe is noticeable.
O2 housing/dump is a good mod for the $$$ but I've heard of the nightmares from the install and possible things going wrong such as breaking bolts. Don't do this on your own unless you really know what you're doing. Time consuming mod.
A panel filter is fine for your power levels. An open element filter will make the turbo louder and have the DV/BOV sound. Engine bay looks cleaner without the airbox IMO. Entirely up to you though. It's easier to install an MBC without the airbox in the way, but both filters will make some power.
FMIC will be an easy install, but it doesn't net a lot of gains. You'll never have to worry about heatsoak and will have consistent runs at the track and dyno.
Cams are a good power mod, but if you want to keep things simple...I wouldn't do it right now. Hassle to remove for warranty work.
Save up for a clutch.
I'd say do it right the first time, when that time does come around. Exedy twin $1500 + labour. So probably $2500 would be a safe amount to save up for.

I think the clutch issue is really driver dependent. I'm running 25psi and still have the stock clutch at 55k miles with zero problems. Granted, I can count the number of times I've launched the car on one hand, hehe.
Along with the TBE and MBC, I would get a intake, either a drop in or a cone, which ever you perfer. with a tune and those mods you should be safe. If you wanted to go a little more, I would get a FMIC, LICP, fuel pump and some cams. But if you just wanna keep it simple, a TBE, MBC, and intake and a good tune you should be set
