i have a stock evo ix. act clutch only non-stock thing thus far.

what exactly should i put in it first? i've got a possible turbo back and maybe a header on the way.

boost controller i kno as well. i've also got a wideband and maybe tune on the way.

cam?

New to the ricer world...then get yourself an HKS BOV and a K&N Typhon Intake.

Seriuosly the above thread has all the info you need to start your modding.

 

The exhaust & a tune will make the biggest difference over stock.

If you're getting a wideband, you should pick up a Tactrix cable and get tuned
