Price is too high for the mileage...plus looks like theres quite a few mods on there.
Would definitely talk them down and make sure everything on the car checks out.
And what is that one of those magnet compasses where the clock goes? Lol
The hazards button has been relocated too...just too much modding on that car for me. Especially for that price.

That price is walin for the amount of miles it has. Maybe he's expecting to sell his 06 evo for the price of that it's going to cost him to get a evo x. And the funny part is it's not even a mr se.
A cone style intake isn't really needed unless you have the mods to back it up...a drop in is the better route.
I would call and ask what mods that they KNOW of...but who knows what else could have been done.
Just being cautious from what I do see. The best advice I can give you is look for the most stock you can find.
Also make sure that it shifts smoothly, the clutch is strong, and give it a nice aggressive test drive.
And take a good look at the engine bay to check for loose things, aftermarket parts, etc.

Yeah Evo's are pretty rare, especially when trying to buy one; unless you live in Cali like you said where they are everywhere.
Best advice: Don't rush into buying. Take your time until you find the EXACT one you want. No mods (or lightly modded), low miles, color preference, etc.
You don't want to regret it down the road and it's best to make the right decision from the start.
Even if it takes some time.
