I was browsing For a SSL Evo 9 and Limited Edition STi But i came across a Evo 9 MR SE With a sunroof??? i though MRs have aluminum roof or carbon fiber??and the only evo trim i know that came with a sunroof was the SSL Trim...But this MR Had The Red Stitched Recaro Suede Seats, Sunroofs , and its 6spd...so is it a Conversion or a Real MR??

Thats an aftermarket sunroof. The put the switch in the sunglasses holder. Also there is no light behind the sunroof from the factory.

 

The GSR is the only evo IX that came with a steel roof and a moonroof that I know of. I can not tell from the pictures for sure if it has the humps on the outside of the roof or not. My guess is it has an aftermarket moonroof, I never seen a black roof liner inside an evo before.

Make sure to do a carfax on it to make sure the car was not rolled or something.

 

Thanks for the heads...i just compared it to my cousins SSL Evo and the switch was on the side and not in the sunglasses compartment
