Is my car an SE?

I purchased my car used in October 2007. It was advertised as an MR. At the time I did not know that there was an MR SE edition. Tonight I read that The MR did not come in black, so It got me to wondering is my evo an MR SE. Here is a picture of the exterior from the dealer, and a picture of the drivers seat. It was night when I took this picture of the seat, but hopefully you can tell.

Red stitching like the one in my picture? Is black diamond another way of saying gray paint? I have seen wheels like mine that look silver in comparison to my gray ones.

I know I have air guides for the breaks, because I cut my elbow on one replacing my downpipe.

Here is the side view

No those look like regular grey MR wheels.

You're supposed to have diamond black, which is like a polished silver finish.

Here you go:

Are the red stitching and front air dam extensions options, and if this is not an SE I guess the post about the regular MR not being available in black was wrong.

If this is not an SE I guess the post about the regular MR not being available in black was wrong. My wheels are definitely gray. To bad I like your wheels. I have the same front lip, and red stitching, so they must have been options.

I own an SE also, the best way to tell is by looking at the bottom of the front air dam directly in front of the front wheels - see that "notch"? Only available in the SE package. That is the SE front air dam extension.

Looks pretty sick, IMO!

if its a 6 speed and its black, its an MR SE. someone just made off with the original wheels. take a pic of the side of the seats, so we can see the stitching more clearly

Black embroidered recaro seats + red stitching = SE, unless somebody put new seats in.
