Had you run a few searches, you would've found out the following:

No spring compressor is needed.
Progress gives the most drop.

ive got the tein s techs... you do not need a spring compressor. but when you remove the stock springs from their perches, lay them on their side and stand on the spring with one foot, as when you loosen the top bolt, the top of the perch will pop off, so dont point it at anyone. it doesnt come off that fast though. as for getting the teins on, you will have to have someone put their weight on the perch to compress it enough to get the top of the perch to bolt on. teins dont give you quite as much drop in the rear as progress, but they are a tighter spring it seems. they will settle slightly after a few weeks, so you will get around .25 inches more drop or so. after getting them on your car will ride like its on rails enjoy those springs!

For the love of God, PLEASE READ THE STICKY IN THE HOW TO/INSTALLATIONS FORUM. Moving to the newbie forum since there are already several spring install guides. The variation between spring types is negligable.
