Haha...What?

Anyway, I say go with a fuel pump and a tune. You could sell your upper IC pipe and get a bit more cash since it doesn't really do anything for you anyway.

Your stock clutch will hold 350 WHP if you know how to drive, so don't worry about that. I put GSC S1 cams in my car when I first started. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have left the stock cams in until I wanted to really change them. The Evo 9 stock cams are great cams and hard to improve on. If you're going to change them, then CHANGE them and get something like the FP4R or the FP5R if you want to upgrade the valvetrain. The S1s just didn't make enough of a change for me to be truly satisfied with them and consider them a worthwhile purchase. When I change turbos, I'll be throwing in a set of FP4R camshafts.

Your head studs will be fine until you get over 450 WHP. I see people change them when they get over 300 WHP "just for good measure" and all that. I came from DSMs and and if you can't lift a head on those things until over 400 WHP then I'm sure it'll be fine on the Evo. The only time I'd suggest replacing them at less than 400 WHP is if you have to remove them for some reason (head work). Then, because of their stretch-to-torque design, I'd say replace them with ARP studs.

Stay away from tubular headers on the stock turbo. none of them have ever made any power that was notable and tubular headers tend to crack. The stock manifold or perhaps a ported one would be your best bet.

Buy EvoScan, a cheap laptop (if you don't have one), a good wideband, and a Tactrix cable. Buy a tune from someone reputable, and start really finding out the potential of your car.

Installing an O2 housing will help hold boost all the way to fuel cut. I suggest an invidia O2 @ 190 and fuel pump and tune. Hope this helps Or you can go fpr stickers and decals-they add 30whp top end-HA!

Fuel pump & tune. Cams if you have the cash to afford all three, but def fuel pump and a tune.

Cams and fuel pump for sure. You will be very happy with the results. Also stay away from the ebay crap tubular exhaust manifolds. I have a megan manifold that has worked very well but i have heard some bad stories (dunno what is true and what is not).
