I have a question about buying an EVO
OK OK I got approved with a 6.4apr, but it more then likely goin to fo down once everything i finalized, i gotta what for the manager from the bank to call me today, i got all i asked for, so now i just gotta go find a RR fully loaded, there is the Mitsu that opened up about 45mins away from here and that sales dude doesnt look too smart when it comes to pricing the evo or any car for that matter so ima go rip them off!!!!!!!LMAO!!! (I HOPE)
It is SO illegal for a dealership or lender to adjust the price of a vehicle based on financing. I really hope they didnt do that-if so, you got yuorself a free car, and call the state AG.
Scores can be a little misleading-I've seen mid to high 700 scores with nothing more then a new (maxed out) credit card, and $30k in def. student loans. That doesnt qualify you for most financing. 5 year bureau history, 2-10 positive installment trade lines, ect are what the catch's are.

Congratulations. Remember that new cars are not selling well at all and the Evo X is no exception. With your own financing, and if the dealer has a lot of Evos languishing on the lot that haven't budged in months, you should have no problem paying a little over dealer cost. Not dealer invoice, but dealer cost. Remember that dealers will get a holdback on the car that represents anywhere from 2-4% of the purchase price (or more). I'd start with $1500 below invoice and go from there.

or ban!
