help!

Does anyone know what these pieces are?? possibly know where to get them?? the dealer has no clue and i ve been waiten way!! too long for a response thanks!!

look by the crankshaft pully they are circled in black. its two peices that sit on the harmonic late.. at least i think thats what it is called
