ok i have no idea about cars...a few of my friends ahev imports all tuned up,and now my g/f wants hers tuned!! she wants it lower....how much of a drop does she need for it to be noticeable? another? can she get an automatic momo shifter knob?
Noticeable and safe? Hmmm given that she is a girl
I'd say about 1.5"-2" max with some nice rims.
If not Momo I'm sure they are or will be tons on aftermarket hookups for shift knowbs and the like.

Depends on what else she wants to do to the car. If she wants aftermarket rims, then the drop is going to have to less severe, but if she is on a budget and just wants to lower using springs, and keeps the stock wheels, then I would think 1-1 and a half inches would be good. It would definately make a visual difference.
Eibach is a very good name brand, they will have done a good amount of research into the proper lowering amount without damaging the stock shocks, etc. Taillights can be found at most major retailers, like NOPI, etc, not hard to find, and not too expensive.
And an added plus to the Eibach pro kit is that you can keep your stock shocks and still get a decent lowering (if that's all you're looking for) along with a wee bit of increased handling. For what it's worth...they're looking to be the best option out there right now. Especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money on shocks (as we have none mass produced and on the market quite yet though the RMR/Ralliart/KYB shocks are slated to be out soon).
