driving in the snow

whats up.

from NY. i know u all have prob. heard this before, i wanted to know how the evo viii performs in the snow. i know it is AWD but i just want to hear from some actual owners before buying one . i know about the performance of the evo and am dying to have one but i just wanted to hear some info about driving in some heavy snow. i have an 02 bmw X5 now but it really gets boring in that truck, but great in the snow. thanks for any info

put winter tires on and you can breeze through the snow.

or just answer him and tell him ...if you put winter tires or good all season tires on the car will be fine in the snow.

Yea. AWD will give you maneuverability in the snow, but its useless when it comes to stopping. Snow tires will let you stop a lot better.

Evolutions do very well in the snow with the right tires. At a minimum, some decent all seasons. Youtube search evolution+snow and see all the fun you can be having.

i just got my evo 8 and im a huge snowboarder in so excited to get a set of snow wheels and tires so i can take mine to colorado and utah this winter for some awesome snowboarding and some insanely fun driving!!
