Yeah the following will put you up there in HP: Intake, Exhaust, Cams, Meth, MBC, A good tune.

 

You might have wanted to be more clear in your original post. To answer your question, NOS!!! That is the best $$$ to Power ratio you will find. Where else can you "bolt-on" 250hp for $500???

 

IMHO, cams are less important on an IX than on a VIII. Still a good idea, just not as good a value. Value mods in order, by least expensive, for an EVO IX.

Oh I wish we had e85 here. I'm going to do cams and fmic/licp next. After that can't decide between meth or fpred.

you dont need cams...
get basic bolt one, and then tune it.. you also dont need to change ic nor ic pipes...
i would say go with tbe, intake, mbc, and tune it.. if you got more cash, then go with meth, but bofore you get tuned.
