It's not brand new if it has 21k miles =].

But yes, the warranty should transfer over to any new owners, I checked mine at the dealership before I bought it. I just got mine yesterday, a white 06 RS =].

Congratz on the Evo!

the warranty should transfer to you except for the drivetrain warranty which is 10 years/100,000 miles to original owners and down to 5 years/60,000 miles to subsequent owners.

you still get the drivetrain warranty up to 60,000 miles only.
