slotted vs. drilled rotors
Nobody brought up dimpled rotors...
-Performance Friction rotors utilize dimples rather than slots or drilled holes. This means that they will be less proned to cracking than drilled rotors, but will retain the cooling benefits of drilled rotors. Additionally, they will have increased surface area over slotted and drilled rotors; more surface area means better cooling and faster stopping.

I'm starting to wear out my rotors now as well. I'm not sure yet which way I'm going for that; but I'd recommend Endless for the pads. They have a new compound now (SS-H) specifically for quiet DD with the Brembo calipers and still have great bite for auto-x and spirited driving. I'm currently running these pads with Endless SS lines and Endless brake fluid. With the Cusco front bar with MBC brace, the car stops hard enough to toss you through the front windshield. I recommend talking to the guys at CVRMotorsport for these or any other break setup, for that matter. Their prices are really friendly.
Ferodo 2500s are working out good for me, a little loud sometimes and dusty but they are much better than stock on the track for resisting fade, and they work as well as stock for me on the street.
Your welcome, I would to do a lot more testing on every car with this and see some facts not just opinions.
+1 for this article. Just received my Brembo slotted rotors today along with Hawk HPS pads. I struggled with the decision on the pads, and I'm not sure I went the right way there. Seems like people love the Hawks or hate em. I'll let you know how they feel with the Brembo rotors. Definitely decided against the drilled. We'll see if the slotted feel any different than the blanks. If not, looks gotta count for something and they don't seem to have the same risks involved as the drilled. I'll post again after they're on and tell you how they feel. Thanks!
