Yep, I went slotted and hawks-- works for me, no warpage, no pulsing peddle, no squeal.

Call Porterfield and ask them about both the Performance Friction 2 piece rotors and their Z rated pads. Excellent material, several track days with decent torque for a street pad, no noise, absolutely no dust even after 2 20 minute sessions and definetely no fade whatsoever.

Those that have used any of those components know what I'm talking about, plus the disks show hardly any sign of wear with 10 track days and 5k street miles.

Good choice of the rotors.....combine with some semi race pads...You will be more impressed with the performance.....

Hawk CF pads...worth it?
As opposed to; say another high performance brand w/ no CF mixture in their pads?
