Should I buy it?
Should I buy it?
So, I have been looking for a new (to me) Evo and found a 2004 RR RS with 86k going for $14950. Price sounds too good to be true, car looks great from the pics I have seen, and I know the mileage is high...but, come one, for that price....you couldn't help but want to dump money into building it.
Here's the description:
I have several maintenance records available for the car. I replaced the stock cheap plastic blow off valve with the metal Evo MR one. Just put on all new Goodyear Eagle GT tires, so winter performance and handling are at a premium. Vehicle has Hotchkis springs, a rexspeed carbon fiber spoiler, black headlights/taillights, Espilir exhaust (quiet), and that's about it. The engine is completely stock with Mitsubishi parts, and there are no boost leaks.
So...what do you guys think? btw. heads and tails are just USDM xiii's

Where is it at man? There are a lot of Local Utah Guys that would be willing to help you put and see if its anyone's car we know.. 15k isn't bad but I know of a High mileage White 03 down in Utah Valley that is for sale for $13,900 So it all depends... But I'm willing to help you out if the car is local man
PM me if you would like too man
hey it sounds good but honestly just take it to a dealership or mechanic that you trust and have them do a rundown.... most places do it for a few hundred bucks maybe you two can split it
