Whats Up my EVO ppl!!

Just wanted to introduce myself and say 'whatsup' to everybody. I'm a newbie on this forum and hope to collect some info from all you experts before making a decision on if the EVO is right for me. I'm not looking for any radical mods just a daily driven car that can put up and put out. I've had my eyes on the EVO IX MR for awhile now. Just waiting for the right time when I can afford one. I've read and heard some great things about EVOs, but I've really no experience with one at all. So I hope yall can help me.

BTW: Do you all think that an EVO IX MR with only 6,000 miles for $28,000 is good? And what should I watch out for if the price seems too low or too high? Just wondering. Let me know. Thanks!

That is true. How about if the EVO IX MR has only 4000 miles and is priced at $27,500?

Well, I'm talking about a private owner and so I don't know how much lower he can do down. If I can get him to go down to $25,000 I honestly think it'd be a great deal.

Around $25,500 - $26,000 would be a great deal for an MR with that kind of low milage...

I agree with this market, you should be able to get it for less, unless you just want it that bad and want to skip out on negotiations.

IMO its tough to spend $28K on a 3 year old used Evo when a new GSR Evo can be had for $30K and 0% financing. Payment would be almost the same.

Sounds like "stevolee" is probably a fan whos thinks the MR is super fast compared to a GSR or RS -_-.

Nono...I don't think the MR is super fast compared to the GSR or RS...They all basically come with the same engine with just some different mods to the structure...but I'm looking more into buying a MR because I don't want to do too much to it and I don't plan on pulling out massive horsepower out of the car so the MR just sounded like the best option for me...LOL

BTW: it was the same car I just misread the mileage LOL

i just test driven an evo IX and X yesterday at the Mitsu Dealer and I have to say I kind of like the raw power feeling of the evo IX better. But the dealership is trying to appeal to me by offering a 0% apr for 60 months if I go with the evo X...i'm not really sure. The price difference of the two cars is about $8000...if yall don't mind i'd love to hear some of advice and comments...lol
