Ive been runing Mobil 1 10w30 in my evo, but i was wondering since i have cams and some other stuff if i should run a thicker oil. What do you guys think?

i know some cam company's say you are supposed to run non synthetic oil when your break in your cams ( 20 mins of running time) which is also the proper brake in procedure for a new engine, but as after that most full synthetics will be fine.
