This is great info..read every single page and everyone should read this just for general knowledge. I remember going through this when i bought my hybrid recently and man i wish i would have heard of this before.

I remember reading in a magazine a while ago that one of the strategies of a car salesman is they make you THINK like you negotiated a good bargain from them(like free oil change for a year)even though its not really worth the bargain. just another tip to watch for =]
