It's not Vishnu, it's Mitsubishi, Vishnu never touched A LOT of cars that have had very large problems stock... Just cuz Vishnu tuned a car that had problems does not mean that it wasn't a problem alread there We all bought cheap super cars, and they're not indestructable, deal with it or go buy some Civic Hybrid

that article seems like it was made for the average joe schmoe idiot who doesn't know **** about cars. Of course there are some problems and issues with modified cars. If you don't know how to fix them, don't modify your car.

No, the Evo was running perfect till vishnu tuned it then they were having problems. THATS WHAT YOU CALL A BAD TUNE!

Or, the tune brought the problems the car orignially had out... and who doesn't bash on their car more when it's made faster? I'm not saying it's not possible that it's Vishnu, but don't rule out the crappy manufacturing that goes into keeping a super car under 40k

blowing a clutch = bad tune? No.

blowing out an 02 sensor = band tune? No.

The issue of oil consumption...I don't know. But I'd be more inclined to think the car being beat on non-stop was the cause than a bad tune.

If you RTFA, the car was NOT tuned by vishnu, it was tunned by a local performance shop called Payn Technologies in Troy, Michigan.

Sound like the driver needs some tuning. How in the hell are your going to fry a clutch with only 3 runs

Bad driving by the staff and maybe bad installs by the local tuner. I mean is it that hard to put some kind of Loctite on the O2 sensor to have kept it from coming off?
They already had problems with the car after the T-bone accident they had with it. And going to one dealer to check out a problem about bad grinding is kinda stupid. A second opinion doesn't hurt, does it?
The whole article was just a bunch of complaints. I have it infront of me right now. I'm glad I don't subscribe to this mag. Some nice pics though.
