Hey Guys! I'm new here. I don't have a Evo but I think they're bad @ss. I always turn my head every time I see one on the road. I'm Toto, a 350Z owner out of Dekalb, IL. I'm here just looking to meet car lovers in my area now the weather is warming up. Anyone at NIU?

hey Toto its Luke. Yeah there is about 5 of us i think from dekalb. I dont have an EVO but am friends with probably all of the local evo owners intown.

 

i got a evo nine mr but much rather have a z
they feel so much sportier on the highway

I though I find you here. Where do you guys meet? LOoks like the Z guys are meeting up tomorrow in Chicago. Can't make it cause I'm working until 10:30pm. Any meets with the local boyz tomorrow?

 

Cool! Never drove an Evo so I can't add to that. I wouldn't race one cause I know a stock Z will lose.

Toto we had a meet last night at white castle, few of the evom local memebers came out, and i seen you drive by but did not have my cellular with me so i couldnt give you a jingle. Ill have a another meet this weekend at the castle. hope you can make this meet!

I was on my 20 min break so I couldn't stop by even if you had called. Saw W.C parking full when I drove pass. Was there a black Porsche? It's nice to have a car scene here in Dekalb again. Suck that I have to drive all the way to Chicago to hang out with the ChicagoZ guys.

 

Which one is DD? . Glad to see I'm not alone on this site.

 

both lol i have more cars then that lol. i drive both Z are as common as water down there. Hence why im doing everything to make mine different whole interior is almost carbon fiber as well. I drive the evo more because you dont see evos down here at all period. i have to go to texas or flordia to see evos i see a evo maybe once every 6 months or so.

 

yes there was a porche! it belongs to my friend nick. i am planing a meet for April 3rd. Should be the first big one of the year, and so far looks like im going to have a big number turn out. the car scene in dekalb def grew since last summer. the last meet i had people from watermen and rockford show up. this summer should be good! more details about April 3rd coming soon!

 

Nice looking Z, I sold my 07' Z this past fall and picked up my Evo. I wish I could have both, since they are totally different driving experiences.
