The answer to my prayers??

I've had my evo for about a month now and I think its high time for some modding. I just got an ACT HDSS clutch kit and the street light flywheel installed and after the break in period is done its gonna be time for some more modding. Since I got the car i've been soul searching for a high performance exhaust thats relatively quiet, as my previous car which was a G35 coupe was overly, extremely, annoyingly loud (it sounded awsome though). Not too long ago, I stumbled onto the QTP Evo downpipe. It can be bolted to the stock exhaust but with the flip of a switch, you go open exhaust. Anyone have any thoughts/ input on this. Thanks in advance

That might be alittle annoying. I think you should just stick with a 3in TBE

Cuz you have to flip a switch anytime you want to get on it. Also open down pipe is pretty loud.

I have it, and its the best of both worlds.
Unless youre always "getting on it" its a great choice, especially for those who like in close by communities. When closed sounds just like stock

Its not that you would have 2 flip a swith when you wanna get on it. Its more that you would have to flip a switch when you need/ want that extra power. Plus lets be real, how much effort is really involved in flipping a switch?

That is exactly my view on the subject. When you installed it did you get any boost creep problems because of how much the exhaust is opened up?
