LOL I'm the *******... been at work since 730 this morning, i'm so f'ing tired... my bad...How bout throwing GM in the mix then??
Im running a Redline mix in my WRX, but have heard that the Royal Pruple works great so Im gonna give that a try next.
I also read that Amsoil is pretty slippery and a few WRX guys had some grinding with it. I dont think you can go wrong with any of them though.....

AMSOIL 75w90 gear lube!!

for gear, transfer box and my AYC pinion gear compartment (hypoid).

as you know the US evo has a rear lsd, not sure if the AMSOIL is suited for such.

I believe this is like asking what color you like better red or blue. We are not lubrication guru's, so we have to go by what we read. From that alone, seems Royal Purple and Amsoil have the upper hand. I have used both in the past, and plan on running all Royal Purple in my car.

prohibits mfgr requiring consumer to use oem.
so mitsu can't make you use what they "recommend" and if you don't void your warranty. its all about making more money. tell them about that case ruling and they will give you deer-in-headlights look.
more power to the consumer.
