Hi, I just installed my TT tonight and had a question. After the install, I set the TT to auto mode at 3n1( This was how the default was) Anyways, after saving the settings, the timer went to 0.10 secs. So, Im just wondering if that is normal? Does the timer go higher only if I push the car more or drive it for a longer distance?

If I'm doing something wrong please correct me. Thanks!

 

Did you hook up the a/f function and stuff to the ecu? if you didn't it can't do the auto timing function because it has nothing to base how long it has to time off of.

 

Hmm. Well it was actually my frd that did the install so I'm guessing he missed sth. But anyways, how long does it normally take for the turbo to cool down?( hard driving and normal). I'm gonna set it manually until I see him next week. I just need an estimate for now. Thanks

 

idk depends on how long you are driving on it hard. i would just give it a couple minutes or so. should be fine

 

I always set mine to 30 seconds.

 

I got mine set to 50sec

 

the longest i have had my auto time was 1.5 minutes when it was set on High. so that should be plenty unless you are really beating on it.
