Engine Flushing

Is this a safe procedure? The reason why is because if you have a high milage evo 4 lets say over 100,000 km and over that time the oil gunk builds up is it recommended to do one before you change oil and fluids for the first time?

oh, ok. heh. I was feelin pretty bad for the ol' girl. lol. I do not see why a flush would hurt it. Just get a product that has a good reputation and be sure to follow directions. I would not flush the transfer cases at all. That just does not sound too smart. I could be wrong though
