Question Need electrical advice....First Evo....

I am a noob and just finished putting my first Evo together, a 2006 IX.
The guy that had it before me (He lost it to the bank) partially stripped it and cut out the turbo timer (apparently with a machete) and I spent a few days splicing all the cut wires back together. He did go a little further and cut a couple harnesses I think out of spite.
Anyway, I am pretty confident I got everything correct. I even bought a new master window switch panel for the drivers door as the one in it had additional wires soldered in and the board looked fried.
Now everything in the car works....Except the power locks and dome/reading lights. Could these be related??
When I hit the power door lock switch I hear a faint click under the dash by the fuse bx.
I have checked all the fuses with a test light 3 times and all are good.
Any ideas????
Thanks in advance!!!!!
