VTA suggestions/help

I am getting a Tial in a couple days here, but my friend is running a Tial on his stock ecu, stock maf, stock turbo evo. All he did was slap it on and go, no problems at all and it runs liek stock. I was going to try this route, but I already have some idle problems now, so I doubt its going to like this that much. I was going to just weld a flange on the stock UICP and then put the tial on it. Just want to try it and see how it goes. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? What is the best way to do this?

Thanks
Chris

if you want to do it, then do it. you arent going to get any gain out of it. it will just sound cool when you let off on boost. most likely you will only have trouble with it.

try it out. each car is different. if yours begins to stall more take it off.

I understand. The stock BOV is just so ****ing annoying to me And I know the stock BOV leaks like past 25 lbs of boost or something like that, I just want something I know I cna have for a while. Plus I have always wanted a tial lol

my car has never stalled from my tial. it idles perrrrfectly. but the part throttle flutter, on the other hand, is the worsst, but that will happen with most aftermarket bov's with a stiff spring. every car is different though, ive seen stock ecu cars run terrible with the tial. if your car is idling rough already, with the very very little parts you have on the car, you should find out what is causing it. you dont have any of the parts that cause rough idle, your on stock injectors and stock cams, those usually cause issues.

goin to sleep bump. Will check to see any answers at work in the morning. What do you guys think of this? I just want to know if I have to get a maf translator, or if I can just keep it on the intake?

And im gunna weld it onto the stock UICP, cheap and effective I believe.
