when taking off the rear wing....
i've noticed people putting little rubber plugs in the holes left behind once the wing comes off. Is there a specific plug to buy? Secondly, where would i buy said plug? thanks in advance
I didn't take off my wing but a friend took a huge wing off a civic he bought. He just went to Lowes and asked an employee where the rubber plugs where located and in less then a minute we had a bag of them. Just ask someone, there were huge bins with different sizes and colors.
I cannot thank you enough for mentioning this!! I used vinyl when I took mine off, cuz no store had the right size plugs...PLUS it looks so much better!

Some of us are old people and do not need to go fast enough to need down force, and we do not need the attention it brings. But please remember just because we are old and do not have hair does not mean we can not drive better than all you young bucks. Lord of the Rings
Jesus.. Are there ANY boards that you aren't on?? Shouldn't you be in recovery time after your long day today? And to the OP... Plugs can be found at Home Depot, or plumbing supply places as well...

it just seems if you don't wanna go fast nor have a big wing, etc... the we'd buy another car. no?

my last car was an Integra Type-R. i'm white and 35y.o. i got some "odd" looks from "grown ups". haha. i wouldn't expect a non-car person to understand why i was driving a 'honda with a wing'.
i understand. i'm "old". i don't like wings. but i bought this car for occasional track use, so...
