So you take the car to the dealer to repair your clutch issue.

3 days later your clutch drops to the floor. Tow the car there and raise hell man.
It's DIRECTLY related to the work it was there for.

Handle your buis..

It's easier to just never go to the dealership. They are all monkeys without brains. I took my honda once to the dealer for a simple oil change (I was out of town) and they "forgot" to tighten the drain bolt. This is a car I babied from day one. Lucky for me I caught the puddle in my driveway before it was too late. But that was enough to convince me once and for all that dealerships S-U-C-K!

that should definitely be a dealership warranty.

IMHO if its service, customer service, and warranty issues, Lexus is the way to go. I know thats going off topic a little but jesus Lexus service is ridiculously good.

they get fined for infractions, example...if they forget or dont put the underpanel back on a car, they are fined $2000. They dont play around over there.

But that might not be for all Lexus dealerships. I know Hennessy Lexus is very good here atlanta ga.

Raise hell, that don't work, go to the next person up. At some point, someone at the top might have a heart, or don't want to look bad.

You really should take it to dealership.
If you fix it yourself. your wasting your time and labor
equals Dealership wins.
so the dealership will continue to do $hitty job

Mitsu dealer mechanics are no better then the monkey at your local jiffy/quick lube. They don't belong anywhere near a car.

This ia a dealer issue. Don't back down from them. I took my EVO to my dealership in March and the guy tech said my temp gauge was not working. He was speaking about my oil temp gauge btw. It was around 20 degrees outside........They are a bunch of monkeys. I complained to the service manager about that and the mechanic is no longer at the dealership............
