evo 8 stock turbo last?

does anyone know for how many miles does the stock turbo for an evo 8 long?

i am at about 60,000 miles and i was wondering if anyone knows how it long it usually lasts..

There isnt really a general millage where it begins to blow. There are just too many factors that contribute to premature turbo failure. What boost levels are you running? Running the turbo out of its efficiency range will cause it to fail sooner. Do you have a turbo timer? If not do you stay out of boost before the car is warm and also let her cool down after driving it? All these things will affect the life of your turbo.

I have 113k on mine - works perfectly. Some have over that with no issues.

ya most of the times i stay out of boost before the car is warm...and no i dont have a turbo timer...and i also let it cool
