Do you like to turn? Then keep the wing.
Did you buy the car in hopes of turning it into an Accord? Then lose the wing.
The difference the wing makes in handling at high speeds and overall fuel economy is fairly decent. So if you wanna turn, and get lower gas mileage, leave it on. If you want better gas mileage, take it off. If yours is set up so you can add and remove it easily, then leave it on most of the time, and take it off for long road trips or driving to and from work if it's a long drive.
If you don't want the cops hassling you, don't drive like a jackass, it won't matter whether you have the wing or not, it never mattered on the Evo or the S2000, and the S2000 had a big APR wing.

Personally I like how some look with and without them. I think it has to do with the type of wheels and suspension you choose, but if the car is completely stock I say leave the wing on. Just my .02 cents
