I thought there already were a few people up near the 500 whp range with the MR?

Unless I'm mistaken, other than the tranny possibly having problems, the GSR and MR have equal potential. Or does the SST interfere with installing certain parts? I know the auto on the Mini-S doesn't affect any aftermarket parts.

 

yes, with the MR the sst does interfere with installing parts, thats why they cant make much HP b/c the tranny is somehow sync'd with the motor when it comes to tuning or some crap like that. do a search...

 

stock for stock which one is faster the gsr or mr? in 0-60 , 1/4 mile and road course?

i just ask since there is a talk of gsr vs mr

Hmm, interesting, I'm not going to do a search, I'll take your word for it. If that is the case then you are definitely correct with the GSR having more potential. Sounds to me like a tune on a GSR and tune on an MR won't make the same amount of power?
