JDM Engine

What are some differences between a JDM Evo8 engine and a USDM Evo8 engine?

Not much. These arent Hondas, Mitsu pretty much sends us the same stuff as they have over seas, engine wise at least. European cars have the factory anti-lag setup, which is the only difference I can think of.

not worth mentioning and not worth the extra cost you might as well just buy a built longblock and call it a day

I don't suppose anyone would know if the USDM ECU is compatible right?

Do I need to tune for it?

Suprisingly, I can find a cheaper JDM engine than a USDM one with less miles and with more accessories. My first choice is to find a USDM one but not many around and/or fits my budget.
