Well hello everyone. I am Eric. I live in Orlando, but I go to school in Durham, NC (Duke).

I just bought a 2009 Lancer RA (upgrading from a 2002 Eclipse GT Spy...NOGAF). Anyways, I just thought that I would introduce myself.

P.S.: I am curious to find out if the owner of the EVO VIII that I see parked around campus (well at least I did last year) is a member of this site.

I will once I take possession of the car in two weeks (I will be back in Orlando for Thanksgiving...WOOT!). For now I am stuck with the POS Eclipse.

I see that you are in Orlando as well. Would you be willing to help me install my RRM springs in like 3 weeks?

 

I would have, but I wanted to get the hell away from my parents. (I think that the feeling was mutual.)

Welcome...there are a good amount of Evo owners in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary area...check the other southeast region threads....there is a big Shootout event at Fayetteville this weekend...you should try and come down...

 

Hey, that's great. I am ready to get started with this car as soon as possible.

BTW, I don't personally know Ryu. I look forward to meeting him at local events in the future, but he sure does have one ridiculously fast EVO. Judging by the quality of work done on his car, I would be more than happy to turn my car over as well.
