FP Red 80mm vs FP Black vs PTE 6262
all those turbos cant really be comparied to each other period. a red can get you 400-631 with right mods and c16 the black has just come out not much testing on that one but on 40 psi folks are in the 600whp easy and turbo still has more left in it and a 6262 is your standard big turbo. i hope you do realize you have to have to supporting mods to run any of these turbos. if you dont you will not benifit anything and that means you need to take time to figure out what you want out that car first then that will decide your mod path. being a DD means nothing there are lots of people that DD track autocross drag etc and its fine you need to decide how much whp you want. what is the car used for. HOW much do you have to spend REALLY. modding can get very expensive if you dont plan first.

For a street use, I would get an fpgreen and if you have all the supporting mods... then I would jump into an fpred 64 mm.
I owned the fpgreen, fpred 64 mm and the 80 mm version. Also, not on my car... I tested an fpblack @ 41 PSI on Q16. The car was making 620s WHP.... I would not recommend that turbo for low boost.... 22-25 PSI.
Just my 0.02! Hope this helps!

Well its my everyday street car, go to work and back, so would need low boost to use daily, maybe some weekend drag, was really leaning towards the red, but want to know how it compares against the 6262 with the .63ar turbine housing or the black. for example spools characteristics, what rpm would i get full boost etc.
