I got mine at a local dealer last year. Found it on Craigslist. Got a IX SE for $24,300 /w 26K miles. 'Of course I got a hell of a deal. They were selling it on ebay too. Try craigslist and you'll seriously need to think about going out of state. I was getting prepped to buy some on ebay and get a 1way plane ticket. Doing that is a huge gamble though since you don't know the condition for sure but you can ask if you can pay for an independent inspection before buying it.

 

i always buy my car from ebay.
don't give them a deposit until you check out the car.
try to avoid car in the city.
