Switch from IX-X
Switch from IX-X
Okay guys so I need a little bit of help here. I am doing an argument paper on which one is better by opinion and facts. I just have a few question that I need your help on. Sorry if this is not in the right spots moderators move if necessary.
1. Why did you make the switch or not make the switch to the X?
2. Are you happy with your choice?
3. What have you done to the car?
4. What do you use your car for? (like DD, track, family, show, drag, or any others.)
5. What color?
6. Lastly what series did you get? (whether you have a IX or a X)

I've had an VIII, a IX, and two Xs. Here's some stuff I wrote recently:
IX Pros
300 pounds lighter
4G63 iron block, stronger rings, proven power, less engine failures
Larger turbocharger
Stronger transmission
Better/taller final drive
X Pros
SAYC on US models
SAWC safety
Square engine, should have better rev potential
Individual coil packs
Timing chain instead of belt
Better seats
Some is subjective, some is fact. Use what you want.
