I bought it for the AWD and Turbo, and didn't want to follow everyone owning a Subaru.

I had fun driving it the other day in the snow(with snow tires).

I could care less about the snow but its also my only car. So with that being said I do keep it in the garage when I'm not out in the bad weather......

I own a 2008 Evo MR and put it away for most of the winter. Live in Chicago and only drive it when there's no snow or rain to get the battery($900 to replace) going and fluids as well. 2008 with 11,500 miles.

In what ****ed up world is your battery 900 dollars?

My Evo X gets put away in the winter too; drive the 2002 WRX in crappy weather. The big thing for me, this year, was the fact I didn't want to dump ~160 bucks per tire for snow tires on the X, when I already had snow tires on the WRX.

Snow? What's that? It snows here maybe twice a year and most of the time it melts by noon.

If it was snow and slush and ice i would be all for it, but when they start throwing salt around i have to draw the line. The evo is a blast in the snow dont get me wrong, but iv had my previous cars start rusting because of the salt.
