I've always heard 500-750 miles. Don't go full throttle and whatnot. Seems reasonable. Don't redline it or anything. Just simple driving.

Ya I've herd people say don't wory about brakeing because if something is going to brake its going to happen sooner or later, then aging I've herd people say you need to brake in so things don't brake. Think I'm going to go the safe way and brake my motor in, i didn't just drop 3 grand to blow my motor right away lol. Just wondering what you think about high way driving?

Many builders/tuners bring the engine from the machine shop, put it in the car and rape it repeatedly on the dyno with wot pulls.

I don't think ya need to worry about break in. I know many disagree but if it works for Buschur it works for me

I would suggest Mitsubishi manual. It says everything you need to know about break-in period and they know better

they only thing that needs to break in, is the piston ring and the cylinder wall. It usually occurs immediately after initial startup within the first 2 to 3 heat cycles.

Just make sure you don't put any synthetic oil in it until after about 100 miles.
