little warning
happened to me at an autocross once - first time, never heard of it so I had no idea what it was - I thought my world had just ended. Luckily there were a few evo guys there and the first thing they checked were the clamps on the UICP lol
Sometimes i cannot believe the amount of effort in this forum that people take to NAG and NAG and criticise and tell someone ALL about everything they're doing wrong. This was a very simple thread, and could have ended with this response:
Thanks for the warning! Yes, that's a very common thing to happen on Evos - Here's what people do to fix it:........
What was he supposed to search anyway? "What things just 'Happen' to Evos?"
Come on guys - Instead of taking an extra 4 minutes to blab on about what he should've done, go make yourself a grilled cheese sandwich.

If everyone already knew all that you know there would be no point in having this website.
And I'm having really good night thanks for asking!
The first quote didn't work for you, so now it's this? Jumping around, while failing to even acknowledge your error, certainly doesn't point to any real credibility. You'll have to forgive me for sharing my chosen mod path and not asking for your permission to do so.
Seeing how you've read this forum enough to remember my name, what has prevented you from going through the older threads and finding the info you seek? For example, instead of posting a "stock vs aftermarket exhaust manifold" thread, you could have (dare I say) searched, found quite a few threads dealing with the subject and had you answer. I just ran a search for exhaust manifold (as a title) on the Engine board and came up with 151 thread hits.
...if that's what you say.
This isn't the first time I've seen your name in a thread criticizing someone for their lack of knowledge or lack of searching. If you don't want to answer their question then just leave it alone and move on.
And I'm having really good night thanks for asking!

Come to think of it, they have yet to carry anything that I've needed for the Evo so far...
silicon intakes.com or somthing like that has them for the Evo and they even list the size you need. It says you need a 3inch for the T-body but get the 2.75 inch so you dont have 2 miles of bolt sticking out after. And I know how the flaming situation works I posted the other day about going to a blow through set-up and I almost lost my head but I just let it roll off of me, you never know what someone else is going through so ol well...back on point, go with hair spray and t-bolts and they wont blow off, im on 25lbs on the stock turbo/IC pipes and all is well!
Man bro that's a bummer! Mine hasn't come off again since it happened to me but I've been trying to take it easy. Did you try using hairspray and a t-bolt clamp? How many pounds of boost are you running? I've checked both auto parts stores by my house and neither one of them carries a t-bolt clamp

for Autozone and Advance Auto!
