Im new to the evo scene and I just had a couple questions.

First, I read that it is bad to put an intake on your car without a reflash or tune. Is this true?

Second, can you run an aftermarket intake manifold and aftermarket exhaust manifold without a reflash or tunewithout problems?

I plan on getting a reflash eventually but for the time being I just wanna do a few bolt ons.

where did u read about getting reflash if droppin an intake in?

 

I don't remember, but it said your car will have a rough idle if you put on on without a reflash...
It sounded a bit odd to me so I figured I would ask.
